Synopsis :

Takuma, a boy who is told he will die before he’s 20, and Mayu, a girl who is in love with him…

The story begins when they are little kids. Mayu, whose father is a doctor, meets Takuma, who is hospitalized in her father’s workplace. They develop feelings for each other, but Mayu learns of Takuma’s grave illness and that he will die before he turns 20. The distraught children make one promise for an uncertain future.

Time passes, and the girl becomes a young woman, and the boy, a young man. Mayu continues to support and love Takuma. On the other hand, Takuma, who knows his days are numbered, pushes away his feelings for Mayu and distances himself from her. He cannot stand to see her cry or hurt her more than he already has. Then Mayu meets another man who has feelings for her, and Takuma meets a woman who has the same illness, and their feelings for each other begin to waver.

Misunderstandings, unsaid thoughts, the frustrations and chagrin of youth… What will become of their love while the clock keeps ticking away in Takuma’s life?

 This movie is very beautiful, touching movie.. Those who tends to cry while watching touching movie, please bring your tissues to wipe tears.. I sort of moved after seeing this movie (not cry, ok?). For those who want to watch touching movie like this can also watch Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru. Same director and scriptwriter.
I give this movie a full 10. Two-thumbs up!

Movie Review : Le Petit Nicolas

 Hi guys..

Hmm.. What can i say about this movie..?

It's brilliant. I enjoyed so much watching this movie.

I laughed all the time.. (Hahahahaha...)

Kids. They see it things in a way opposite to adults.

Let me see.. Nicolas ask his mom, "How do you make babies?"

The boy asking this question in a very innocent look on his face.

His mother? Speechless.. Luckily, dad came back.

The story based on a French children's book with the same title. 

The book translated in 30 languages and sold 

more than 10 million copies around the world.

It's sound like this movie is totally great to watch.

While i was watching this movie, i was thinking 

that why my childhood is not as great as Nicolas?

 Why? Why? Why?

I guess we're in different times and surroundings.

That's it. 

The story was made based

on that time that is in the 50's.

 What was i thinking? 

Silly me..

The main actor are eight kids under the age of 10 that perform superbly. 

They are so natural that you feel you are one of their friends 

who is living the story with them.

This movie is a must watch for all especially the adults.

It's in French. So, remember, if you don't

learn French, download the English subtitle, ok?

Movie Review : Shutter Island (2010)

I've been waiting for this movie release its DVD.

I have watched the trailer of this movie few months back.

There's something interesting about this movie.

Shutter Island is horror/thriller movie. 

After you watch this movie, you will say, "What??? I thought that..."

I would say this movie is very good. Good to watch.

My rating for this movie is 8/10.

The film is well filmed. The actor Leonardo DiCaprio is superb.

Shutter Island is a 2010 psychological mystery-thriller film directed by Martin Scorsese. 

The film is based on the 2003 novel of the same name by Dennis Lehane. 

Production started in March 2008. 

Leonardo DiCaprio stars as U.S. Marshal Edward "Teddy" Daniels, 

who is investigating the psychiatric facility on Shutter Island.

Shutter Island was originally slated to be released on October 2, 2009, 

but Paramount pushed the release date to February 19, 2010^. 

Paramount head executive Brad Grey blamed the economic downturn as 

the main factor behind the delayed release date.

Movie Review : The Losers (2010)

I love watching action movie. That's why i took my time to watch this movie.

It filled with guns, explosion and not forgetting the  hot scene
between the male and female lead actor. 

What's that all about, huh? 

The film's greatest strength is that it has five great actors. 

Jensen (Chris Evans) gets to have the majority of the fun one-liners and jokes.

The director really know how to handle complicated action scenes and keep the pace moving that you're rarely notice how the dumb the story getting. The Losers is great but it lack of strong center.

Hmm.. This movie is so touching and emotional.
I believe if my mom watch this movie, she will cry. I didn't.

The authorities arrest him because of his suspicious behavior. After the arrest, he meets Radha, a therapist to overcome his disorder. 
Then, he begins a journey to find and meet President of United States of America to clear his name.

Movie Review : The Informant!

The Informant is a film based on true story of Mark Whitacre who was the highest-level executive to ever become an FBI whistleblower in U.S. history. ADM (his company) was involved in an international price fixing conspiracy.

It reminds me of the old computer my dad bought in 1996.

Matt Damon excellent performance can be seen in this movie. Totally different from other movies that I've seen before. He's fantastic. You know what, he had not met the person he was portraying before filming. He's perfectly captures Whitacre's personality, mannerisms and attitude. That's so impressive.

When i looked at the poster of this film, it seems not very convincing to me.
Later, i thought why shouldn't i give it a try. Because all these years, it seems that I loved movies that Matt Damon became the lead actor for examples, Bourne trilogy and Ocean trilogy.

Matt Damon purposely gained weight prior to filming.

Look at him! 3rd from left.

What??? Tom Cruise also in this movie.. Hahaha..

He is scratching his head or adjusting his wig?


This is what he looks like in 2002.

If you're a fan of Bourne and Ocean trilogy, this is the movie you must watch!

Movie Review : Our School E.T. (Korean)

It's already 7am but i'm not sleep yet. I try to sleep after Subuh prayer but I can't..

I'm always like that. I don't know why.

Back to topic, i would like to review about a Korean movie titled "Our School ET". What means by ET? It means English Teacher.I watched about 50+ korean movies (don't be surprised). It's not that all the movies i watched are all romance types. Huhu.. I like to watch comedy and action korean movies.
